 Tammy Ottman: Military Wellness Department Head at Enhance Wellness

Tammy Ottman joins Enhance Wellness with an impressive background of over 22 years of military service. Her unique experience equips her with a deep understanding of the wellness needs specific to military personnel. As the head of our Military Wellness Department, Tammy is dedicated to integrating holistic wellness practices into the support systems for our armed forces.

In addition to her military background, Tammy is a certified Reiki Master with over 14 years of experience in holistic care. She brings a compassionate approach to wellness, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of service members. Tammy's commitment to enhancing the lives of those who serve our country is evident in her work, as she strives to create programs that promote resilience and overall health.
